Unlike other agents and realtors that may charge a "commission," I charge a "professional marketing fee." The "professional marketing fee" is based upon the upfront costs I incur in the successful marketing of a property - hosting broker tours and open houses, publishing lisings on multiple MLS databases, marketing materials, overhead, profit and etc. Each home selling situation is different and I tailor a plan that fits each client's specific needs and budget. As a rule of thumb, the greater amount of funds I may receive the more inclined I am to put up more of my own money to sell a property.
