Residential Real Estate Brokers & Agents3.00 percent of sale Let me just say, you get what you pay for. I've seen this time and again in every industry. With that said, I have discounted my listing service when I was also the buyers agent for the sellers new home. I also have discounted my listing service for investors when working on volume. 3% is the industry standard and It's worth every dime to use a licensed Realtor!

Residential Real Estate Brokers & Agents2.00 to 4.00 percent of sale Our listing side commission is typically 4%. We may reduce this in order to get a deal to close, such as a short sale. We accept whatever is offered in the MLS as our commission on Buyer deals whether it be 2%, 3% or some other number.
